The Aspect of History that interests me most is:
Politics
And here is Why:
I enjoy the study of politics, because it is intriguing to me to look at how people governed themselves. In many cases, the politics of the day greatly affect the other aspects. For example, in the case of the Amendments and Constitution, many of the rights that had been thought of , and are included, were there for political reasons, even though it was a document that gives rights to types of cultures, religions, and sciences.
Without Politics, we would have no government. Without a government, there is no military, no Foreign Relations, no beautiful Architecture, and no refined culture in any way.
Not do you give a convincing explanation why politics is your favorite aspect of history, you effectively point out the important point that these aspects of human development are interrelated. Excellent!
